If you have an Advanced Smart List filter to exclude tasks in Inbox:
#Inbox !
and an Advanced Smart List filter to show tasks with labels @quick OR @easy :
@quick @easy ||
You can combine them with AND like this:
@quick @easy || #Inbox ! &&
Meaning: all tasks not in Inbox labeled @quick or @easy
You can combine them with OR like this:
@quick @easy || #Inbox ! ||
Meaning: all tasks not in Inbox as well as tasks labeled @quick or @easy
