Sometimes when you send a gigantic email to Marvin with the "Email to Marvin" strategy and then open the note in its corresponding task, Marvin slows to a crawl and becomes unusable. Just go to https://app.amazingmarvin.com/?closenotes and all your notes will be closed. You can then find and delete the task.
