Marvin 1.61.0 introduced a new Note editor, supporting markdown. The new editor has lots of new features, like:

  • highlighted text

  • h1, h2, and h3 headings with padding

  • image attachments

  • todo lists

  • dividers

  • code blocks

  • block quotes

  • tables

  • info/warning/important banners

  • inline controls for editing styles (when text is selected)

  • a "+" button you can click to add new items

  • human-readable standard export format (markdown)

Your old notes will be upgraded to the new format as soon as you edit them.

But: not all the old features made it, due to lack of support in markdown. Sorry for the inconvenience!

  • centered text

  • fine-grained font size control

  • tab to indent
