Bulk editing tasks

Want to apply the same action to multiple tasks at once? No problem!

⌨️ Select multiple tasks with your keyboard

⌨️ Shift and click to select two tasks and every task in between them. 

⌨️ Press cmd/ctrl and click (Mac and Windows respectively) to select individual tasks.

⌨️ Cmd/ctrl + a to select all tasks in the list

Selected tasks look like this:

Once tasks are selected, a menu appears at the top to apply bulk actions.

💨 Use task input shortcuts or click buttons

To use the task input shortcuts for your selected tasks, just start typing and you can add any attributes (labels/tags time estimates etc.) to all of them.

💡 TIP: You an also bulk select and edit projects in the Master List.
