Accountability Pledge
Put real stakes on a task. Commit to a deadline and an amount you'll pay if you don't finish in time. The outside accountability can be exactly the push some people need. Use it wisely, though. For anxiety-driven procrastination, adding pressure can backfire and make starting even harder.

Bug Me
Get reminders and nudges to keep you on track. Sometimes you need outside pressure to push through.
Ideas to try
The task you keep pushing to tomorrow. When you notice you've moved the same task again, right-click it and choose Help me start! The Procrastination Wizard asks what's getting in the way and suggests a way to begin.
Put a small amount on the line. For one task that really matters, add an Accountability Pledge: for example $5 if it isn't done by Friday at 5pm. If you finish in time, it costs nothing. Start small, and skip this if pressure tends to freeze you.
Don't let it slip quietly. Use Bug me until done on a task you can't afford to forget. Marvin reminds you again and again (every 30 minutes by default) until you mark it done, even if you dismiss the notification. It only nags during the hours you set (8am to 10pm by default).
How to turn on a feature
Open the main menu and click Features, or press S.
Search for the feature by name and turn it on.
Choose where you want to reach it in the Access dialog that opens.
You don't have to try everything at once. Pick the one that sounds most like you, use it for a few days, and see how it feels.
