Yes, you can have a Kanban board in Marvin. Any list can become one: group it, then show the groups side by side as columns. You can drag tasks from one column to the next.
We are also working on a more dedicated Kanban feature. Until then, this is how to set up a board.
Turn a list into a Kanban board
Open the list you want as a board. This can be your day list, a smart list, a category or a project.
Click the ⋯ menu in the top right corner of the list.
Click Group by and choose how the list should be split into columns, for example by priority, by energy, or by one of your label groups.
Open the ⋯ menu again, click Set layout and choose Kanban Lists.
Drag the Column Width slider to make the columns narrower or wider.

When you drag a task into another column, Marvin changes the task to match that column. For example, if the list is grouped by priority, dragging a task into a priority column gives it that priority.
Make your own columns with a label group
For columns like To do, Doing and Done, use a label group:
Open the Features page, find Labels (Tags) and open its settings.
Click Add Group, name it (for example Status) and add a label for each column.
Click the gear icon on the group and choose Exclusive Group.
Go to your list, open the ⋯ menu, click Group by and choose Group by Status.
Set the layout to Kanban Lists as described above.
Now when you drag a task into a column, it gets that column's label. Because the group is exclusive, a task can only have one label from it, so dragging a task also moves it out of the column it was in. If the group is not exclusive, the task keeps its old label too and shows up in both columns.
You can also add a task right inside a column, and it gets that column's label automatically. Tasks without any label from the group are shown in a None column.
Tip: to keep your tasks tidy, open the gear icon on each label and turn on Hidden. The labels then don't show on your tasks, but the board still works.
More ideas
Group by other properties, like urgency, frog or energy, to get a board for those instead.
For a bigger board, build a smart list for each column and put them together in one view with the Custom Screens feature.
On your phone
In the mobile app, turn your phone sideways on a grouped list to see it as a Kanban board. See Kanban board in landscape.
