Marvin has widgets for your iPhone home screen and Lock Screen. They show the same tasks as the app (including your Global Filter) and still work when you're offline.
Adding a widget
Press and hold an empty spot on your home screen until the apps jiggle.
Tap Edit (or +) at the top left, then Add Widget.
Search for Marvin.
Choose a widget and size, and tap Add Widget.

Up Next: the one task to do next. Check it off, tap Swap for the next one, or tap play to start tracking time (medium size).
Deadlines: your upcoming due dates with a countdown. Items turn red when they're 3 days away or overdue.
Task Count Tile: the number of tasks in a list. Also available on the Lock Screen.
Random Task: rolls a surprise task for you. Tap to see what it is.
Adding tasks
Add Item: tap to add a task or project quickly without opening the whole app. Press and hold > Edit Widget to preset a list, label, "Schedule for today" or a star. Shortcuts like +today, #project and @label work in the title.
Brain Dump: tap to speak or type everything on your mind. Marvin sorts it into tasks.
Timers
Pomodoro, Timer and Dynamic Pomodoro. On iOS 17 and later, Pomodoro and Timer start right from the widget. While a timer runs, the widget shows its progress.
Habits
Habit: one habit. Tap a day to record it.
Habit Calendar: one habit, a month at a time.
Habits: all your habits, a week at a time. Tick days off without opening the app.

Lock Screen
Besides Task List, Task Count and Habit, the Lock Screen also has:

Live Activities
Running timers, Pomodoros and time tracking show on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. You can pause, stop, or mark the tracked task done from there.

Good to know
Widgets refresh when you change things in the app, and on their own about once an hour.
Ticking tasks off inside a widget needs iOS 17 or later. On older versions, tapping opens the app.
